TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers
FROM: Jill Hutmacher, Community Development Director-
SUBJECT: TCAAP/Stadium Proposal Update
On Wednesday, August 24, 2011, Councilmembers Werner and Tamble accompanied staff on a
tour of the TCAAP site. Mike Fix, U.S. Army Commanders Representative, lead the tour.
Councilmembers and staff were able to view the entire site including the primer/tracer area. A
fixture tour of the Arden Hills Army Training Site (AHATS) will be arranged for the City
Council and staff before winter.
