TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers

SUBJECT: TCAAP /Stadium Proposal Update
Metropolitan Councilmembers, staff, and consultants had an opportunity to tour the TCAAP site
on Monday, September 26. City Administrator Klaers and Community Development Director
Hutmacher were invited to attend. Mike Fix, U.S. Army Commander's Representative, led the
tour.
The Ramsey County Charter Commission held a public hearing on September 28. A subsequent
public hearing and meeting are scheduled for October 11 at the Ramsey County Courthouse.
Additional information on the Charter Commission and its meeting schedule can be found on the
Ramsey County website, a link to which is provided on the City website.
The Metropolitan Council continues to work on the stadium risk assessment report requested by
the Governor. The report is tentatively scheduled to be completed on October 15. A release
schedule has not yet been announced.
