Recommendation that Councilmember Nick Tamble, Sam Scott of the Planning Commission, Arlene
Mitchell of the Communications Committee, Community Development Director Jill Hutmacher, and City
Planner Meagan Beekman, be appointed to the website ad hoc committee.

SUBJECT: Website Redesign Ad Hoc Committee
Background
The City Council has directed staff to proceed with a redesign of the existing City website. Staff
has recommended that an ad hoc committee be appointed to make operational decisions so that
the website redesign project may move forward on a timely basis. Critical decisions such as
final approval of the home page or any decision affecting the project budget will need City
Council approval.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the following individuals be appointed to the ad hoc committee:
Councilmember Nick Tamble
Sam Scott, Planning Commission
Arlene Mitchell, Communications Committee
Jill Hutmacher, Community Development Director
Meagan Beekman, City Planner
City Administrator Patrick Klaers will attend and participate in meetings, but will not be a
regular committee member.
