SUBJECT: 2012 Tobacco License Renewals
Background
The following Arden Hills businesses have requested renewal of their City tobacco
licenses for 2012. The City has received the required Certificates of Insurance and
application forms, the background checks and fire inspection reports have been
completed for each location.
Arden Hills Shell
Arden Hills Tobacco
Big Ten
Blue Fox Inn
Cub Foods
Holiday Station
The Ramsey County Sheriff conducted compliance checks on all licensed tobacco
establishments on Wednesday, August 17, 2011. At that time the Holiday Station failed
the compliance check and paid the appropriate fine.
Requested Action
Motion by the City Council to approve the 2012 tobacco license renewals as presented.
