RESOLUTION NO. 2011-054
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL LAYOUT (3A) FOR THE
US 10/HWY 96 IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, Ramsey County is proposing to undertake an improvement to US 10/Hwy
96 and is requesting Municipal Consent approving the final layout(3A); and
WHEREAS,the City of Arden Hills is concerned about the effects the improvement will
have on the City and provided four conditions to Ramsey County expressing those concerns; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County submitted a letter dated October 21, 2011, adequately
addressing each of the four conditions; and
THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City Council that:
1. The City approves final layout 3A of the US 10/Hwy 96 improvement.
2. Resolution 2011-048, adopted September 26, 2011, is hereby rescinded.
