Ordinance 2012-003 Publication Summary. � EN HILLS MEMORANDUM DATE: February 27, 2012 TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council Members Patrick Klaers, City Administrator FROM: Sue Iverson, Director of Finance and Administrative Services Pang Silseth, Accounting Clerk SUBJECT: Amending 2012 Fee Schedule - Mobile Home/Apartment Sanitary Sewer Rate Background The City Council approved changing the billing frequency of commercial accounts from monthly to quarterly. When the 2012 Fee Schedule was brought to the City Council for approval all monthly amounts were converted to quarterly, but the commercial sanitary sewer per quarter - mobile home/apartment rate was missed. (It was changed to reflect the 2012 increase, but it was not changed to reflect going from a monthly billing to a quarterly billing.) The following excerpt shows how that rate is listed on our current fee schedule as $30.24 instead of the correct amount of $90.72, (The correct rate for a quarterly billing is $90.72, or $30.24 X 3 months.)
