RESOLUTION NO. 2012-027
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
THE 2013 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets:
Asbury Avenue from Edgewater Avenue to City limits
Edgewater Avenue from Asbury Avenue to Ridgewood Road
Glenhill Road from Asbury Avenue to Ridgewood Road
Ridgewood Road from cul-de-sac to City limits
and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN
HILLS MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to the 2013 Pavement Management Program for
study and that the City Engineer is instructed to report to the council with all convenient
speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed
or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
