SUBJECT: Update on Tobacco Ordinance
Background/Discussion
Staff has recently distributed information on the proposed amendments to the City
Tobacco ordinance. The proposal is scheduled for the May 14, 2012 Council meeting.
Notices and the draft amended ordinance have been sent out to tobacco license holders.
Staff is looking for Council feedback and comments that can be responded to prior to the
May 14th meeting.
