Gateway Sign Update
Staff will provide a verbal update on this issue on Monday, October 15, 2012. Additionally,
Councilmember Tamble will present a possible layout for the sign with landscaping on the
triangle parcel at 3151 Lake Johanna Boulevard.
Staff is working with the MPCA and Presbyterian Homes on understanding the extent of any
contamination of the parcel, and where the most appropriate location for a sign might be.
