SUBJECT: Utility Rate Study
Background
The Financial Planning and Analysis Committee have been reviewing the City's Utility Rates
and Structure. Members of the Committee will be presenting their recommendation to the
Council. Staff will also be using the long-term forecast model so show the projected cash flows
for the utility funds, along with scenarios the proposed changes will have on residential bills. We
do not have hand out at this time since we are still working out the final details.
