SUBJECT: Cancellation of the December 31, 2012, Regular Council Meeting
Background
In prior years, the City Council has cancelled the second regular meeting in December if there
are no items requiring timely action by the Council. All items requiring timely action have been
placed on the Council's December 10, 2012, agenda and on the December 17, 2012, special
Council meeting agenda.
This year, the last Monday of December falls on December 31, 2012.
Council Action Requested
Motion to approve the cancellation of the December 31, 2012, regular City Council meeting.
