SUBJECT: Authorization to Advertise for Public Works Maintenance Worker
Background
On December 13, 2012, I received Pete Sax's letter of resignation due to his retirement.
His last date of employment will be March 29, 2013.
Discussion
In order to fill the position and possibly train someone before Pete's retirement in order
to keep work processes flowing in Public works with minimal interruption of service and
work, we would like to advertise to fill this upcoming vacancy.
Council Action
Authorize staff to advertise for a Public Works Maintenance Worker.
