SUBJECT: Consider Appointing Kristine Goodrich to Chair the Communications
Committee
Background
Arlene Mitchell's term on the Communications Committee expired on December 31,
2012, which created a vacancy as well as leaving the position of committee chair open.
Long-standing committee member Kristine Goodrich has graciously volunteered to fill
the role of Communications Committee Chair. Kristine's term expires December 31,
2014.
Council Action Requested
City Council is requested to approve Resolution 2013-005 Appointing Kristine Goodrich
as the Chair of the Communications Committee for a Term Expiring December 31, 2014.

RESOLUTION NO. 2013-005
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING KRISTINE GOODRICH AS THE
CHAIR OF THE COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE
FOR A TERM EXPIRING DECEMBER 31, 2014.
WHEREAS, the City Council appoints residents to serve in an advisory capacity to the
City Council regarding communication of City business to residents on the Communications
Committee;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The City Council appoints Kristine Goodrich to
serve as the Chair of the Communications Committee for a term expiring on December 31, 2014.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
14th DAY OF JANUARY 2013.
