Background/Discussion:

On October 29, 2012, the City Council appointed Dan Altstatt to the Economic Development
Commission for a term expiring on December 31, 2015. Inadvertently, a resolution signifying
this appointment was not assigned at that time.
For audit purposes and for City records, staff would like to officially document this commission
appointment in the City records by assigning Resolution No. 2013-004, A Resolution Appointing
Dan Altstatt to the Economic Development Commission for a Term Expiring December 31,
2015.
Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of Resolution 2013-004.

RESOLUTION NO. 2013-004
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DAN ALTSTATT TO THE ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION FOR A TERM EXPIRING DECEMBER 31,2015.
WHEREAS, the City Council appoints residents to serve in an advisory capacity to the
City Council regarding the development and redevelopment in the City of Arden Hills on the
Economic Development Commission;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The City Council appoints Dan Altstatt to serve
on the Economic Development Commission for a term expiring on December 31, 2015.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
