RESOLUTION NO. 2013-010
A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO MN/DOT AGREEMENT NO. 02885
FOR THE US 10/HWY 96 GRADE SEPARATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, Mn/DOT and Ramsey County are working on a project to grade
separate US 10/Hwy 96, and
WHEREAS, the grade separation of US 10/Hwy 96 will require the relocation of
City utilities,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills enter into
Mn/DOT Agreement No. 02885 with the State of Minnesota, Department of
Transportation, for the following purposes:
To provide for the responsibility for utility design and construction to be
performed upon, along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 10 from 650' south of
C.S.A.H. 96 to 400' south of Prior Avenue and on C.S.A.H. 96 from I-35W to 1600' east
of T.H. 10 within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 6205-38 and S.A.P.
187-020-014.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Administrator are authorized to
execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
