RESOLUTION NO. 2013-011
A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO RAMSEY COUNTY AGREEMENT
PW2013-02 FOR THE US 10/HWY 96 GRADE SEPARATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, Mn/DOT and Ramsey County are working on a project to grade
separate US 10/Hwy 96, and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills will have some cost for the project according
to the Ramsey County Cost Participation Policy,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills enter into
Ramsey County Agreement PW2013-02,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Administrator are authorized to
execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
THIS 28TH DAY OF JANUARY,2013.
