ORDINANCE NO.2010-001
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1315.01, THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA
RELATING TO THE RE -ZONING OF A PROPERTY.
THE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS THAT THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF ARDEN HILLS, ii'ilNNESOiA, AS DESCRIBED
IN SECTION 1315.01, IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
The official map for the City of Arden Hills has been amended to indicate that the
described property has been re -zoned from I-1, Limited Industrial District, to R-4,
Multiple Dwelling District, as follows:
Described Properties. The following property is located at 1296 County Road F and is
• generally located south of County Road F, east of Highway 51, west of Lexington
Avenue, and north of Highway 694 and is also described by the following legal
description:
Lot 1, Block 1, Arden Village Addition
Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication.
Adoption Date. Passed by the City Council on the City of Arden Hill the 8" day of
March, 2010. A B
