-`RZEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-021 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE 2013 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement of the City of <br /> Arden Hills 2013 Pavement Management Program, the improvement of the following streets: <br /> Asbury Avenue North from municipal boundary to Glenhill Road <br /> Asbury Avenue North from Glenhill Road to Edgewater Avenue <br /> Ridgewood Road North from the municipal boundary to the cul-de-sac <br /> Glenhill Road from Asbury Avenue North to Snelling Avenue North <br /> Edgewater Avenue from Asbury Avenue North to Ridgewood Road <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that North Valley, Inc., of Nowthen, Minnesota, is the <br /> lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of$723,366.70; <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br /> MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with North Valley, Inc., for $723,366.70 in the name of the City of Arden Hills <br /> for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore <br /> approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Administrator. <br /> 2. The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br /> bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder <br /> and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 13th <br /> DAY OF MAY,2013. <br /> ILIWII'� <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br />
