'It <br /> -A RI EN_HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-029 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE 2013 SEAL COAT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the 2013 Seal Coat Improvement <br /> Project, bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to the law; <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Pearson Brothers, Inc., Hanover, Minnesota, is the <br /> lowest responsible bidder, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with Pearson Brothers, Inc., for a total cost of$96,433.95 in the name of the City <br /> of Arden Hills for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications <br /> thereof on file in the office of the City Administrator. <br /> 2. The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br /> bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder <br /> and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O RDEN HILLS THIS 10th <br /> DAY OF JUNE,2013. <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 4 � <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> III <br />
