It <br /> ,AVEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-032 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE SNELLING AVENUE NORTH MILL AND <br /> OVERLAYIMPROVEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the Snelling Avenue North Mill and <br /> Overlay Improvement Project, bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to the law; <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Ace Blacktop, Inc., Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, is <br /> the lowest responsible bidder, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with Ace Blacktop, Inc., for a total cost of$110,702.00 in the name of the City <br /> of Arden Hills for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications <br /> thereof on file in the office of the City Administrator. <br /> 2.
