RESOLUTION NO. 2013-033
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AMY DIETL AS CITY CLERK FOR THE CITY
OF ARDEN HILLS
WHEREAS, the City Council currently has the City Administrator and City
Clerk functions combined; and
WHEREAS, it is agreed upon by both the City Council and City Administrator
that the Deputy Clerk is performing the functions of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, upon recommendation of the Personnel
Committee agree that the Deputy Clerk be appointed as the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City Administrator will be appointed as Deputy Clerk along
with the Director of Finance and Administrative Services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City Council
hereby appoints Amy Dietl as City Clerk of the City of Arden Hills.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
THIS 9th DAY OF SEPTEMBER,2013.
