ORDINANCE 2013-009
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 335 OF THE CITY CODE
REGULATING RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROPERTIES
The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Chapter 3, Section 335.04, Subd. 1 of
the City Code is amended as follows (new language underlined):
Subd. 1 Conformance to Laws. Owners of registered dwelling units shall comply with
applicable City Codes, including but not limited to Chapter 14, Property Maintenance. A
dwelling unit may not be rented to nor occupied by, more than one family, as defined in
Chapter 13.
Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its
publication.
Adoption Date. Passed by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills the 14th Day of
October, 2013
