RESOLUTION NO. 2013-039
RESOLUTION ORDERING AN ALTERNATIVE URBAN AREAWIDE REVIEW
(AUAR) FOR THE TCAAP REDEVELOPMENT SITE
WHEREAS, Ramsey County owns 427 acres of land on the TCAAP site located in
the City of Arden Hills which is proposed for redevelopment, and
WHEREAS, an environmental review is required by State Law, and
WHEREAS, an AUAR is an acceptable form of environmental review, and
WHEREAS, two development scenarios representing current city zoning and
maximum development have been prepared for review, and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is the Responsible Governmental Unit (RGU)
for this environmental review.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills, Minnesota hereby orders the preparation of an AUAR for the 427 acre site
located north of County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 96 and bordered on the west by Trunk
Highway (TH) 10 and Interstate 35W (1-35W), on the north by State of Minnesota property
and on the east by the Arden Hills Army Training Site (AHATS).
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
