A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE ROUND LAKE ROAD, GATEWAY BOULEVARD AND GATEWAY COURT
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted December 9, 2013, fixed a date for
a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the Round Lake Road, Gateway Boulevard
and Gateway Court improvements:
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN
HILLS,MINNESOTA:

1. Elfering and Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
9th DAY OF DECEMBER,2013.
