RESOLUTION NO. 2014-006
A RESOLUTION ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
A PRIORITIZED BRIDGE REPLACEMENT LIST.
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has established the State Transportation Fund (State
Bridge Bond Fund) to assist local government agencies in the replacement of deficient bridges,
and
WHEREAS, prior to applying for funding assistance, the City needs to establish a
Prioritized Bridge Replacement List, and
WHEREAS,the establishment of a Prioritized Bridge Replacement List requires that the
City hold a public hearing
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN
HILLS MINNESOTA:
A public hearing shall be held on the Prioritized Bridge Replacement List on the 27th day
of January, 2014, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 p.m. and the City
Administrator shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required
by law.
