SUBJECT: Special work session agenda memo
There is no packet for this special City Council work session.
The purpose of this work session is to provide a staff update on current TCAAP activities and to
discuss the power point presentation for the February I0'h franchise fee public hearing. Staff
plans to provide a verbal update on current TCAAP activities and the draft Master Plan. Staff
also plans to have a draft available (or a partial draWoutline) of the franchise fees power point
presentation that will be used at the public hearing. Staff has received some feedback already on
ideas for the presentation and will be looking for additional Council input on what information
they would like to see presented at the public hearing.
I am not sure how long the regular City Council meeting will last (mainly because of the Round
Lake improvement public hearing and the Goodwill proposal). As such, I don't know how much
time there will be for a special work session following the regular meeting; but I'm hoping to
spend 30-60 minutes with the Council.
