RESOLUTION No. 2014-013
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT AND AUTHORIZING THE
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE COUNTY ROAD E (B-
2 DISTRICT)
WHEREAS,pursuant to Resolution 2012-054 the Council adopted December 12, 2012,
a report has been prepared by Bolton& Menk with reference to proposed improvements to
County Road E (B-2 District) and this report was received by the Council on December 9, 2012.
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed
improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments
for affected parcels.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN
HILLS, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council hereby accepts the County Road E (B-2 District) Feasibility Report
dated November 2013.
2. Bolton & Menk is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The
engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
10TH DAY OF FEBRUARY,2014.
