A RESOLUTION
ADOPTING A NO-PARKING PROVISION
FOR ROUND LAKE ROAD
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has planned the improvement of Round Lake
Road, a ad
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds
on the improvements of these streets, and
WHEREAS, these improvements do not provide adequate width for parking on
both si es of the street and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid
Street p oject must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
OW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: by the Council of the
City of Arden Hills, that the City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on Round Lake
Road at all times.
