RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1995 BUDGET

WHEREAS, The City Administrator has prepared an annual budget and the City Council has
met several times for the purpose of discussing the Budget; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 275, Section 065 of Minnesota Statutes requires that the City hold a
public hearing to adopt a budget; and
WHEREAS, The City Council held a public Truth in Taxation hearing on November 30, 1994
and has concluded the Budget as prepared is appropriate.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following Budget be adopted and approved:
