� Pursuan�t to due call and noiice thereof, a regular meeting
- of the City Council of the City of Arden Hi11s, Minnesota was
duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the25th day ,
of- Febsuary , 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The followinq members were present: Grichton; xanson, Wingert,, '
Woodburn.
and the following were absent: Mayox Aenry ,T. Crepeau,, .Tr. '
Councilman <Wingert introduced and moved the adoption '
of the following resolution:

RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR
TMpROVEMENT N0. 79-1
Wt�REAS, pursuant to advertisement for b:ids for the above
improvement, according to the plans and specifieations �hereo�
on file in the office of the Clerk Administrator of said City. . ,
said bids were received on February 80 1980, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., �

WHEREAS, it appears that c. w. xoule, Inc.
Of St. Paul, rSinnesota
is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of
$ 40,484.50 e
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID by the City Council of the
City of Arden xills, Minnesota:
1. The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby authorized
and directed to enter into a contract with C. W. xoule, �nc.
of St. Paul, Minnesota pp� $ 40,484.50
in the name of the City of Arden Hills for the above improve-
ment according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore
approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the
City Clerk Administrator.
2. The City Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and
directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made
with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder
and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts
have been signed.
The motion was seconded by Councilman xanso�
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: All
and the following voted against: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
