Pursuant to due ca].l and notice thereof, a reguJ,ar meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hil].s. Minnesota, was
helc? i.n t�e Gity Hall in said City on Monday the 19th day o�
June, 1�378, at ?030 o'clock p.m.
T'he following members were presento M�yor Crepeau and
Councilmen Hanson, Wingert, Crichton and Wood'�urns and the
following were �.bsento None.

WHEREAS, the City Councll received a petition from all
benefit�ed cawraers of the real property abu�tinq County Ro�d F
betw�en Fernwood Avenue an� T,exington Avenue �or �he installation
o�' watermain and ne�ess�ry appurtenances af. saa.d location �nd
rec�uest�.ng that the entire co5t c�f said improvement be assessed
against their proper�y, and
WHEREA�, pursu�nt to rE7solutian of th� Council adoptec�
May 22, 1978a a repox� ha� been prep�red k�y the City Consulting
Engirieer with referen�e �o the improv�ment, and thi� repoxt

NOW, THEREFORE, EE TT RESOLVED BY THE CTTY COUNCxL OF THE
CSTY (?F ARDEN H�LLS, MTNNESt3'r'A, as �oll.ows : `
1. The afor�said petition i� signea by th� owners of all
uenefitted propert�r af�e�ted by sai,d requested improvement in
accoxdance wyth M,S.Ao 3ec. 429.C?31(3).
2. Saa.d improvemen� is f�asible and is hereby ordered �s
proposed in the report c�f the Ci�y Con�ul�ing Engineer.
34 The City Consultir�g Engin�er ia hereby designated as
the engineer for this improvement. H� sha:L1 prepare plans and
specifications �or the making of such improv�men�.
The motion for the adopt�.on o:E the foregoa.ng reso�.ut ion
was duly seconded by Counc�,lman Woodburn, and upon rvl�. call.
