RESOLUTION NO. 04-35
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIGN LOCATION ON NORTH SNELLING
AVENUE AT THE NORTH HEIGHTS LUTHERAN CHURCH ENTRANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council .approves the placement of regulatory traffic
signage along City streets; and
WHEREAS, the City Council'approved a"No Right Turn" sign on May 13, 1985
as a condition of approval for Planning Case 84-21, Stage 1.
WHEREAS, a "Stop" sign and a "No Right Turn" sign will be installed in the
City's right-of-way, located on the south side of the North Heights Lutheran Church
entrance to North Snelling Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the "Stop" sign and "No Right
Turn" sign be installed in the City's right=of-way, located on the south side of the North
Heights Lutheran Church entrance to North Snelling Avenue as generally shown in
Exhibit A.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 12th day of April, 2004.
