RE50LUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS AND SPECIAL

At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
held on the 27th day of October, 1986, the following Resolution was
offered by Council mecnber Hicks; seconded by Council member Peck to
wit:
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of
Minnesota has prepared plans„ special provisions, and specifications
for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 393, renumbered as Trunk
Highway No. 694, within the carporate limits of the City of Arden
Hills, from the East Corp. limits to 0.20 Mi. West; and seeks the
approval thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said plans and special
provisions for the improvement of said Trunk Highway within said
corporate limits of the City, be and hereby are approved including
the elevations and grades as shown and consent is hereby given to any
and all changes in grade occasioned by said canstruction.
BE IT FURTHER RE50LVED that the City does hereby agree to
require the parking of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted
within the carparate limits of saiid City, on said Trunk Highway, to
be parallel with the curb adjacent to the highway, and at least 20
feet from any crosswalks on all public streets intersecting said
trunk highway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Commissioner of
Transportation for the State of Minnesota consider special control
devices at Hamline Avenue and STH 96 due to heavy traffic.
Upon the call of the roll, the following Cauncil members
voted in favor of the Resolution: Mayor Woodburn, Council members
Hicks, Peck and Sather, and the following Council members voted
against adoption of the Resolution: None, whereupon the Mayor
declared the Resolution adopted.

I do hereby certify that at said meeting (of which due and legal
notice was given) of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, on the 27th day of October, 1986; at which a majority of
the members of said Council were present, the foregoing Resolution
was adopted.
