Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,, Minnesota, was
duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, April 28,
1986, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members of the Council were present: Mayor
Woodburn and Council members Sather, Hansen and Hicks. Council
member Peck was absent.
Also in attendance were Clerk-Administrator McNiesh,
Deputy Clerk
Christoffersen.
Zehm, Treasurer Lamb, and City Engineer
Engineer Christoffersen referred the Council to the
Feasibility Report for the Truhler Addition water main (Improve-
ment No. W-86-2). He advised the Council that the construction
of this water main improvement should be combined with the
sanitary sewer interceptor project south of Round Lake explaining
that another public hearing on the interceptor project (Improve-
ment No. SS-83-6) would have to be held because two years had
elapsed since the April, 1984 hearing when the project was
ordered. He stated that the plans and specifications prepared
covered both projects since they would be in the same excavated
area.
Council member Hicks thereupon introduced and moved the
adoption of the following Resolution:

COMBINED IMPROVEMENT NOS. SS-83-6 and W-86-2
(SEWER INTERCEPTOR AND TRUHLER ADDITION WATER IMPROVEMEN'
CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of
Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet at the"City Hall, 1450 West
� Highway 96, in the City of Arden Hills, on the 9th day of June,
1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to
Chapter 429 of Minnesota Statutes, as amended, on Combined
Improvement Nos. SS-83-6 and W-86-2. Imp'�ovement No. SS-83-6
involves the installation of a sanitary sewer interceptor and
` appurtenances across the tracts of land lying south of Round
Lake, immediately west of State Trunk Highway No. 62 (Old Highway
No. 10), north of Interstate Highway" No. 694 and east of
� Interstate Highway No. 35W. Improvement No. W-$6-2 entai-ls the
installation of a water main and appurtenances in connection with
the proposed Truhler Addition by which the tract(s) of land lying :

at the northeast corner of the intersection of Interstate Highway
Nos. 694 and 35W is being subdivided.
The estimated cost of Improvement No, SS-83-6 is
$601,000,00. The estimated cost of Improvement No. W-86-2 is
� $50,000.00.-
. - The area proposed to be assessed for Improvement SS-83-6
is the following:-
That portion of the South 1/2 of Section 21,
� Township 30, Range 23, in Ramsey County, Minnesota,
lying North of the :Interstate Highway 694
right-of-way, east of the Interstate Highway 35W
right-of-way, and west of the State Trunk Highway
: No. 62 (Old Highway No. 10) right-of-way.

The area proposed to be assessed for Improvement
� W-86-2 is the following:
; That portion of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 21,
Township 30, Range 23, in Ramsey County, Minnesota,
lying North of the Interstate Highway No. 694
right-of-way and east of the Interstate Highway No.
35W right-of-way. : :
All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the
improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may
appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place
stated above. :
