THE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS THAT THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1315.01, IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: The official Zoning Map for the City of Arden Hills has been amended to indicate that the following described properties have been re-zoned to a CD zone (Conservation District): 1. The property with the Property Identification Number of 103023110001, which is currently zoned R-1 (Single Family Residential District) and is generally located south of County Road I West, east of Hamline Avenue North, west of Lexington Avenue North, and north of Highway 96 and is described by the following legal description: All in Section 10, Township 30, Range 23, the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, subject to County Road I West and Lexington Avenue North. 2. The property located at 5337 Lexington Avenue North with property identification number 103023140001, which is currently zoned R-1 (Single Family Residential District) and is generally located south of County Road I West, east of Snelling Avenue North, west of Lexington Avenue North, and north of Highway 96 and is described by the following legal description: All in Section 10, Township 30, Range 23, the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter subject to County Road I West, and the South One-Half of the Northeast Quarter subject to Lexington Avenue North. 3.
