CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 03-52
A RESOLUTION APPROVING NEW USE OF TAX FORFEITED LANDS
WHEREAS, Ramsey County is evaluating publicly owned property in Arden
Hills, and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has a Use Deed for Park purposes on the
following properties, and as noted in Attachment"A":
Parcel ID (PIN)Numbers:
34-30-23-44-0038
34-30-23-44-0039
34-30-23-44-0040
and,
WHEREAS, Ramsey County has determined that the property is not being used
consistent with the Use Deed, and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has described the new use of the
aforementioned properties for drainage purposes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of
Arden Hills hereby approves the new use of tax forfeited land parcels identified as 34-30-
23-44-0038, 39 and 40 for drainage purposes.
ADOPTED by the Council this 28th day of July, 2003.
