' Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice.thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
" duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 29th day
of August, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
� The following members were present: Nayor Woodbury and -
Councilmen Hicks, McAllister, Christiansen and Mulcahy, and the
following was ab5ent: NONE.
Councilman Hicks introduced and moved the adoption of the

` . RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF .
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-$3-6
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City
of Arden Hi].ls lying north:of I-694 by the construction of trunk
-sanitary sewer and necessary appurtenances from Sewage Pumping
Station No. 10 southerly to I-694, then westerly to I-35W
just north of its intersection with I-694, and then to the Metro-
politan Waste Contro� Commission Interceptor located near I-35W
- in New Brighton, and to assess the benefitted property for all or
; a partion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Stat.
Section 429.011 to 429.111.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE -
CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MII�TNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Con�
sulting Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council
;` in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement'is
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed -
or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated :
cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Christiansen and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in'favor thereof: All Pre-
sent; and the �ollowing voted against the same: None; whereupon
said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
C1erk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills,'Minne�ota, do
hereby certify that I have carefully compared the"attached and
foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the City
Council of said City held on the 29th day of Au_qust, 1983, with
the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript insofar as the same relates
to Improvement No. SS-�3-6.
