RESOLUTION N0. 83-49
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMS OF MONEY TO BE LEVIED FOR LEVY YEAR 1983
PAYABLE IN 1984, AND AMENDING THE LEVY ON 1972 IMPROVEMENT BONDS
SERIES 2 AND 1977 GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING BONDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills, County of Ramsey,
that the following sums of money be levied tor levy year 1983, payable in 1984,
upon taxabie property in said City of Arden Hiils, for the following purposes:
General Fund
Shade Tree Disease Control
Sewer Utility Fund
G.O. Temporary Improvement
Bonds of 1982
Water Utility Fund

BE IT FURTNER RESOLVED that the tax levy for 1983, payable 1984, for
improvement Bands be reduced as foilows:
1972 Improvement Bonds Series 2
f rom $ 42 , 200 i-o 0
1977 General Obligation Refunding Bonds
from $13,800 to 0
Due to the fact that the funds contain sufficient revenues to pay 1984 bond
installments.
Passed and approved by the Arden Hilis City Council this 26th day of
September, 1983.
