RESOLUTION RELATII�TG TO
INDIAN OAK.S �. 2 ADDITIOLV IMPROVEMENT
DECLARiNG COST TO BE ASS��SED AND
ORDERING PREPARATIbI�]' OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS, contracts have been 1et for Inclian Oaks 2 Addition
Improvement of the City of Arden Hi11s consisting of the instal-
lation of sanitary �ewer, watermain, bi�uminous su�facing� bitu-
minous curb and necessary ap�urtenanc�s �or a portion of the real
property west of North Hamline Avenue and north of Indian Oaks
Trail, legally described as the South 1/2 of North 1/2 of th�
Northeast 1/4 of the �outhwest 1/4 of a�c. 22, Town 30N, Rang� 23W,
Ramsey County, Minnesota, except the i,ast 470 feet thereof and
Lot 2, B1ocl� Indian Oaks, R�msey County, except the East 242 feet
thereof, and the contract pxi�c� fox s�zch i:mprovement i� $45,591.26
and the other expenses incu�:zed or �to be incurred in the making of
said improvement amount to $�0,9fi.55 so that the to�::�1 cost of the
improvement will be $56,502.81 and of this cost the city will pay
$-p- as its share of the cost.

�4W, THERE�ORE, be it resolved by the City Co�ncil of the
City of Arden Hil1s, Nlinnesota as �o�lows:
l. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed
is hereby declared to be $ 56,502.81
2. The City Cl�rk Administrator, together with the assist-
ance of the Gity consult�ng engineer and fiscal consultant, shall
forthwith calcu�at� the proper amount to be specially assessed
for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or par-
cel of lana within t�� district affected, without regard to cash
valuation, as provided by law, and she shall file a copy of such
proposed assessment in her office far public inspection. The
City Clerk Administrator may arxange far the assistance of Data
Processing of the County of Ramsey in t�e preparation of �he pro-
posed assessment roll.
3. The City Clerk Administrator sha11, upon completion of
such proposed assessment, notify the Council thexeaf for its
further action and �o� i�s sPttin� of an assessment hearing there-
f or ,
The motion for the acloption of the for�going resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Wing�rt , and upan vote being
taken thereo�, the �ollowinc� voted in favor thereof: Crepeau,
Crichton, Wing�rt, Waodburn
and the following voted against the sam�a none
whereupon said resoiution was dec3ared duly passed and adopted.
