The following members were present: �qayor Henry J. Crepeau, ,lr., Counciimen Olmen, Cricht�or�, Wingert and Feyereisen. and the following were absent: None Councilman Crichto„�a introduced the following resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RES4Ll1T I ON td0. 74-28 RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTTON NO. 74-23 AND APPORTIONING ASSESSMENTS RELATTNG TO CQNSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVE- MENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2 BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, Resolution No. 74-23 was aclopted on July 22, 1974, and WHEREAS, after its adoption it was determined that Resolu- tion No. 74-23 contained a mathematieal miscalculations NOW THEREFORE BE IT RE30LVED that Resolution No. 74-23 adopted July 22, 1974 be and is hereby =escinded and declared null and void. �� BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as fo�lows: � �- (� WHEREAS, the assessment rol� for Consol�dated Water Improve- ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September 24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of including inst�ll� ments thereoP to be collected along with real estate taxes com- mencing in 1969t and WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment ro11 have been divided and conveyed by previous property ownerst and WHERE�S, the County Auditor of Ramsey County require5 that apportionment ot the original assessment ag�inst each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,,in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of prop erty thereafter, commencing with an assessment to b� collected in the year 1969 and thereafter.
