AMENDMENT TO FIRE PROTECTION AGREEMENT
DATED THE 3RD DAY OF OCTOBER, 1977
WiiEREAS, the Arden Hills City Cauncil has reviewed the pro-

_ visions of the Amendment to Fire Protection Agreement Dated the
3rd D.ay of Ocfober, 1927 between the City of Arden Hills, the
� City of North Oake, the City of 5horeview and the Lake Johanna
Volunteer Fire Department, Inc „ which has been dated the lst
day of July 1982; and
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Gouncil has determined that
it would be in the best interests of the City of Arden Hills�to
approve said amendment,
NOW� THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk
Administrator of the City of Arden Hills are hereby authorized
to'execute the a[tached amendment.
