RESOLUTIQN ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT AND
AGCEPTANCE OF RESiGNATION OF COUNCILMAN
JANET HQLLENHORST AND DECLARING THAT A
VACAN�Y EXISTS, AS COUNCILMAM

WHEREAS, a le#ter of resignat�on has heen received
by #he Arden HiIIs Counci'I from Counci#man Janet Hollenhorst,
reslgnation to be`ef#ective immediately, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted said
resignation; - -
NQW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a vacency
exists on the A�den NiIIs Council. The person appointed to
tfll the vacancy will serve until a successor is elected
and qualified�at the Special EFection to be held on November 2,
1982.
