A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN DRAINAGE EASEMENTS
IN LAND 0'LAKES ADDITION
WHEREAS, in connection with the Lexington Avenue and I-694
storm drainage improvement project (ST 81-2) it is necessary to
vacate certain drainage easements which appear on the plat of
Land O'Lakes Addition and to obtain certain other, substitute
drainage easements from the owners of lots in that Addition, and
WHEREAS, no statutory procedure exists for the vacation of
drainage easements shown on a plat, and
WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Examiner of Titles recommends--
in the absence of any such procedure--that the City Council of
the City of Arden Hills adopt a resolution vacating such drainage
easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Arden Hills--by unanimous vote--that the following
easements shown on the plat of Land 0'Lakes Addition be and they
hereby are vacated:
Easement No. 1
A thirty (30) foot wide perpetual drainage easement
the centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot
2, Block 1, Land O'Lakes Addition, Section
27; Township 30; Range 23, thence Easterly
along the North line of said Lot 2, a
distance of 305.27 feet to the point of
beginning of said easement to be vacated;
thence S. 0° 13' 28" W. a distance of
584.49 feet; thence S. 88° 18' 32" E. a
distance of 89.36 feet, thence S. 1° 03'
36" W. a distance of 139.9 feet; thence
S. 0° 06' 06" W. a distance of 53.17 feet
to the point of termination.

Easement No. 2
A thirty (30) foot wide perpetual drainage easement
the centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the
Land O'Lakes Addition in Section 27;
Township 30; Range 23; thence Sout�h a
distance of 1037.82 feet; thence N. 89 48'
35" W. a distance of 50.50 feet; thence
South a distance of 62.76 feet; tYience East
a distance of 82.51 feet; thence S. 54� 14'
05" W. a distance of 40 feet to the point
of beginning of said easement to be
vacated; thence S. 26° 57' 19" E. a
distance of 253.62 feet to the point of
termination.

Easement No. 3
A thirty (30) foot wide perpetual drainage easement
the centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the
Land O'Lakes Addition in Section 27;
Township 30; Range 23; thence Westerly
along the North line of said Addition,
bearing assumed to be N. 89° 56' 00" W. , a
distance of 435.00 feet to the point of
beginning; thence S. 29° 00' 0-0" �. a
distance of 120.00 feet; thence S. 0 07'
41" E. a distance of 170.00 feet to the
point of termination.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator be
and she hereby is authorized and instructed to cause a certified
copy of this Resolution to be filed in the office of the Ramsey
County Registrar of Titles and to be memorialized on the Certifi-
cates of Title for lots in said Land 0'Lakes Addition.
