RESOLUTION NO. 2014-034
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL LAYOUT OF HIGHWAY 96/1-35W
INTERCHANGE
WHEREAS,Ramsey County is proposing to undertake an improvement to the Highway
96/1-35W Interchange requesting Municipal Consent approving the final layout, and
WHEREAS, said final layout is on file at the Ramsey County Public Works office.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Arden Hills,
Minnesota.
1. The City approves the final layout of the Highway 96/1-35W Interchange.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
30TH DAY OF JUNE,2014.
