CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the special closed
City Council work session at 5:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor David Grant; Councilmembers Brenda Holden, Fran Holmes, Dave
McClung, and Ed Werner
Absent: None
Also present: City Administrator Patrick Klaers; League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust's
Appointed Attorney John Baker (Greene Espel); Janine Wetzel Kimble (Greene Espel); Public
Works Director Terry Maurer; Community Development Director Jill Hutmacher; and
Associate Planner Matthew Bachler
1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The Council accepted the agenda as presented.
2. AGENDA ITEMS
A. TAT Properties Ltd and 1201 East County Road E vs. City of Arden Hills
The City Council and staff received a briefing from the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust
appointed attorney, John Baker, attorney for the law firm Greene Espel regarding the claim,which is a
challenge to the PUD amendment denial.
ADJOURN
Mayor Grant adjourned the special closed City Council work session at 6:12 p.m.
