RESOLUTION NO. 2015-001
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 2015 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM—VENUS/
CRYSTAL NEIGHBORHOOD
WHEREAS,a resolution of the City Council adopted December 8, 2014, fixed a date for a
Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the following streets:
• Venus Avenue, Dellview Avenue to Rolling Hills Road
• Crystal Avenue, Fairview Avenue to Lake Valentine Road
• Glenview Court, Glenview Avenue to Cul-De-Sac
• Glenview Avenue,Crystal Avenue to Fairview Avenue
• Dellview Avenue, Crystal Avenue to Venus Avenue
• Fairview Avenue, Gramsie Road to Venus Avenue
• Rolling Hills Road, Gramsie Road to Venus Avenue
• Gramsie Road,Rolling Hills Road to Dellview Avenue
WHEREAS,ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given,
and the hearing was held on January 12, 2015, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were
given an opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN
HILLS,MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility report.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted September 8,
2014.
3. The City of Arden Hills Engineering Department is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 12th
DAY OF JANUARY,2015.
