CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the special closed
City Council meeting at 5:05 p.m.
Present: Mayor David Grant; Councilmembers Brenda Holden, Dave McClung, and
Robert Woodburn
Absent: Councilmember Fran Holmes (excused)
Also present: City Administrator Patrick Klaers; Director of Finance and Administrative
Services Sue Iverson; Assistant City Engineer John Anderson; Associate Planner Matthew
Bachler; League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust's Appointed Attorney John Baker(Greene
Espel); and Janine Kimble (Greene Espel)
1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The Council accepted the agenda as presented.
2. AGENDA ITEMS
A. TAT Properties Ltd and 1201 East County Road E vs. City of Arden Hills
The City Council and staff received a briefing from the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust
appointed Attorney, John Baker, regarding the claim which is a challenge to the PUD amendment
denial.
ADJOURN
Mayor Grant adjourned the special closed City Council meeting at 6:10 p.m.
