RESOLUTION NO. 2015-012
A RESOLUTION
ADOPTING A NO-PARKING PROVISION
FOR LAKE VALENTINE ROAD (COUNTY ROAD F)
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has planned the improvement of Lake
Valentine Road (County Road F) from 1-35W to approximately 1,200 feet east,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills will be expending Municipal Street Aid
Funds on the improvements of this street, and
WHEREAS, these improvements do not provide adequate width for
parking on both sides of the street and approval of the proposed construction as
a Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned upon certain
parking restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: by the City Council of
the City of Arden Hills, that the City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on
Lake Valentine Road (County Road F) from 1-35W to 1,200 feet east at all times.
