RESOLUTION NO. 2015-022
A RESOLUTION
ADOPTING A NO-PARKING PROVISION
FOR LEXINGTON AVENUE AND COUNTY ROAD F
WHEREAS, the Ramsey County has planned the improvement of Lexington
Avenue and County Road F and
WHEREAS, the Ramsey County will be expending County Aid Funds on the
improvements of these streets,and
WHEREAS, these improvements do not provide adequate width for parking on
both sides of the street and approval of the proposed construction as a County State Aid
Street must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: by the Council of the
City of Arden Hills, that the City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on the west side of
Lexington Avenue from County Road F to Cummings Park Drive and on County Road F
from Lexington Avenue to Innovation Way at all times.
ADOPTED by the Council this 30"day of March,2015.
