ORDINANCE NO.2015-003
AMENDMENT TO THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE SECTION 1140—REQUIRED
IMPROVEMENTS TO ADD SECTION 1140.08 IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE
CONDITIONS OF THE NPDES/SDS AND RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT
REQUIREMENTS.
The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Sections 1140.08 shall be added to read as
follows:
1140.08 Stormwater Management.
Stormwater management plans shall comply with Rule C: Stormwater Management Plans
of the Rice Creek Watershed District Rules.
Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication.
Adoption Date. Passed by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills the 27th day of
April, 2015.
